AuDHD

Welcome to all things AuDHD!

I have been writing about AuDHD for a while now. So I thought it would make sense to have one place where you can easily find my AuDHD writing!

For those of you unfamiliar, AuDHD describes people who are both autistic and ADHDers (with AuDHD being an abbreviation of both words). My use of language has changed over time but AuDHDers and autistic ADHDers are just two ways to refer to people who are both!

My blog posts are very much an introduction to AuDHD and If you’d like to delve a little deeper into AuDHD, then I recommend purchasing a copy of my book ‘Young, Autistic and ADHD’
